Our executive chef Richard Sandiford, the driving force behind our newly launched restaurant, The Grill at McQueen. A former head chef at Hawksmoor Knightsbridge, Richard plays an integral role at The Grill, encompassing everything from devising the dishes to training the kitchen team. He’s also famous for kick-ass hot dogs but that’s another story…
Our very talented head chef Kamil moved to England in 2006 to further his career as a chef having previously worked as a cook in his native Poland for two years. In London he had the opportunity to work for household names such as Hawksmoor and Tom’s Kitchen to name a few. His favourite dish at The Grill is the BBQ braised pork belly and his tipple of choice is bourbon. A man of good taste!
reservations & events manager
Arianna is our fabulous reservations & events manager, always dealing with a high volume of calls and events enquiries. With an impressive CV including some of the top venues in London such as Asia de Cuba, Locanda Locatelli, Cigalon and Paramount, Arianna took McQueen by storm when she joined the team nearly 2 years ago. Her favourite dish in our current menu is the Pan fried crab cakes and as for the cocktail, Lady Hawk is her first choice as she is a big fan of vermouth.
Igor is one of our longest serving staff members, starting in 2010 as a bar supervisor and working his way up to become a general manager.
Previous to McQueen, Igor worked as a bar manager at the legendary Embassy Mayfair and Sanctum Soho Hotel. His favourite cocktails from our list are Blaze Collins and Grilled Rum Manhattan, as for the food, the Steak tartar and Rib-eye. He loves winter holidays and skiing, eating out, live music and to watch football on Sundays.
Ricky is our operations director and has worked at McQueen since day one. Originally from Dungannon in Northern Ireland, he was previously at the legendary Kingly Club in Soho and Embassy in Mayfair. As the ops director, Ricky is in overall charge of every department of the venue and will be familiar to regular guests who he always makes time to greet. His favourite holiday destination is Ibiza.

Paul is the Head of Entertainment at McQueen and has been with us since August 2015. He oversees and programs the entire calendar of entertainment promotions and club event schedules. Paul’s background is in business startup marketing, event management and artist bookings. He is also director of his own events company and record label named Take. You can catch him propping up the bar with a cocktail in hand, preferably a Sons & Guns. His favourite dishes from The Grill at McQueen are the Pork belly with candied walnuts & Stilton and a classic rib eye steak accompanied by peppercorn sauce and triple cooked chips.
Dippa is originally from the small and picturesque Arusha in Tanzania, which sits snugly in a wide expanse of fertile volcanic land in the foothills of Mt Kilimanjaro. The past 6 years at McQueen have been truly a journey for Dippa, who started her career as an accountant and now handles all the major business decisions. So many fantastic moments to cherish and inspirational people she has encountered along the way. Her favourite dish from The Grill at the moment is Mac & Cheese and as for the cocktails, her first choice is the gin-based Blaze Collins. And whenever she has the opportunity, she will run away to her favourite holiday destination: Mexico!
